District Professional Development

A Trusted Partner for Your District

Planning a successful district professional development event requires more than finding great presenters.

It takes thoughtful coordination, clear communication, and a team that understands the unique needs of Fine Arts educators.

Revival Music Project partners with districts as an extension of your Fine Arts team, coordinating the behind-the-scenes details that make professional learning events successful. Whether your staff is in the office, on campus, or out for summer break, we keep planning moving forward so every detail is ready when your team needs it.

What to Expect

Can Revival manage our entire professional development event?

Yes. We can support the full planning process from initial development through post-event follow-up, or focus on the specific areas where your team needs additional capacity.

Can you help if we already have our clinicians selected?

Absolutely. We can step in to manage presenter communication, travel, schedules, contracts, materials, and logistics even when your district has already selected its clinicians.

Can planning continue during summer and school breaks?

Yes. Revival provides a consistent point of contact throughout the planning process, helping projects continue moving forward while district staff are away, off contract, or focused on other priorities.

What types of events do you support?

We support Fine Arts summits, district professional development days, leadership conferences, curriculum workshops, educator retreats, clinician events, and other customized professional learning experiences.

How far in advance should we begin planning?

Beginning several months in advance is ideal, especially when clinician recruitment and travel are involved. However, timelines vary, and we are happy to discuss what is possible based on your event date and needs.

Do you only partner with Texas school districts?

No. Revival Music Project is based in Texas and partners with school districts, universities, educators, and organizations across the United States.
