Bolaji Jola-Isiba, Project Manager of Revival Music Project and Director of Bands of the Ft. Bend Christian Academy. He is currently in his 15th year of teaching. In that time, he established, revitalized, and enhanced various band programs in the Houston area, receiving consistent Superior Ratings at UIL and other festivals. In 2014, He was named the Fonville Middle School Teacher of the Year.

His educational philosophy is as follows: I believe in teaching kids life principles through the art form of music education. I believe in exposing students to various concepts and opportunities because “Exposure Expands Expectation”. I have three words that every student in my band program should know: Respect, Community, and Independence. I am confident that under the umbrella of these words many characteristics are developed as students participate in my program. It is my belief that development of those characteristics will help to propel students to excellence as team members and instrumentalists, ultimately building up much needed confidence for members to take and apply in other areas of life.

Mr. Isiba is a 2010 graduate of Prairie View A&M University and is currently apart of Region 4 Aspiring Fine Arts Administrators Cohort. His professional affiliations include Texas Music Educators Association (TMEA), Texas Bandmasters Association (TBA) and Kappa Kappa Psi.
